For one of our clients located in the Côte vaudoise, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant (M/F) in psychiatry for short-term and long-term interim missions

Your mission:
-------------------

• Ensure basic care and general hygiene of patients hospitalized in the psychiatry department.
• Actively participate in the daily support, well-being, and securing of patients.
• Handle crisis situations with calmness and empathy, in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team (nurses, doctors, psychologists).
• Observe and transmit changes in the health status or behavior of patients.
• Contribute to the animation of therapeutic or occupational activities

Your profile:
------------------

• You hold a Nursing Assistant diploma or training deemed equivalent ;
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant ;
• Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in a hospital environment is desired, ideally in psychiatry or mental health.
• Excellent listening skills, great emotional stability and solid interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and to demonstrate autonomy in work organization.
• You are comfortable with IT tools ;
• You know how to manage emergency situations with professionalism and composure ;
• You are available for regular, occasional or short-term missions according to your availability.
