Do you want to play a key role in the digital transformation of Vaudoise Assurances? To be a key player in the digital transformation of distribution by contributing to the design of future services intended for brokers, agents, and partners of Vaudoise, in order to simplify their daily activities and support the commercial development of the company?

Join the team in charge of the channel management and distribution area as a Business Analyst (m/f/x): a multidisciplinary team composed of Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners in charge notably of commissioning, discount management, or broker solutions.

There, you will occupy a central role and evolve in a stimulating environment where you will tackle various issues and have the opportunity to contribute to many strategic topics. Your role will consist of linking business needs and technical solutions in order to design and deploy high value-added digital solutions.

Your missions:

• Analyze and challenge various business needs collected by the PO and formalize them into clear requirements
• Co-construct technical-functional solutions with developers and architects
• Document and model (UML, BPMN) to share a common vision of the systems
• Test and validate (functional, UAT, production monitoring)
• Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and project management
• Manage integrators on new implementations

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance sector (BA certification = an asset)
• Higher degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Good understanding of IT architectures, frontend development, and APIs
• Mastery of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), proven experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• French C1, English B2 (German = real plus).

You are solution-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. You know how to navigate easily between business and IT worlds and love continuous learning.
