Job Description ##

As Project Manager, you will take operational responsibility for two construction sites located in Genève and ensure their proper execution until delivery.

Your main responsibilities will be to :

• Simultaneously manage two construction sites and ensure their progress in compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards.
• Coordinate companies, subcontractors, suppliers and various technical stakeholders.
• Organize and lead site meetings.
• Supervise the daily progress of work on site.
• Anticipate technical issues and quickly propose operational solutions.
• Guarantee compliance with plans, specifications and technical requirements.
• Monitor budgets, commitments, work situations and any additional work.
• Control the quality of execution and ensure the follow-up of reservations until they are cleared.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and group procedures.
• Ensure regular communication with project management, architects, engineers and clients.
• Identify risks that could affect deadlines or costs and implement the necessary corrective actions.
• Participate in the handover, delivery and closing phases of operations.
• Represent the company to the various partners present on the projects.

The position offers a significant level of autonomy and requires a strong field presence as well as the ability to make decisions quickly.

The Successful Applicant ##

We are looking for a construction professional with proven experience in project management, ideally acquired on large-scale construction or renovation projects.

The ideal candidate notably has :

• Technical training in building, civil engineering or construction.
• Several years of experience in works management or site management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing several lots and companies simultaneously.
• A good understanding of technical issues related to buildings.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• A strong field and results orientation.
• The ability to manage unforeseen events and make decisions quickly.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills with external partners.
• Clear and professional communication with the various interlocutors of a project.
• Good resistance to stress and an ability to work in a demanding environment.
• Real autonomy while knowing how to work in a team.
