• Ensure quality assurance (QA) of content before publication.
• Implement and monitor promotions across various digital channels.
• Publish, update, and maintain online content.
• Guarantee the accuracy and consistency of the information disseminated.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, content, and product teams.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes related to digital operations.
• Contribute to the optimization of the online customer experience.

Profile Sought

• Initial experience in digital content management, website administration, or digital operations.
• Good command of IT tools and a strong interest in the digital environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive person.
• Ease of working with different interlocutors in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent command of French; English is an asset.
• Interest in the fields of digital, marketing, and customer experience.
