Accounting and Finance Specialist (M/F)

We are looking for an accounting and finance specialist at 100%.

Your tasks :
Independently ensure the financial and accounting management of the entire Foundation.
Establish the budgets for the different sectors and the global budget of the Foundation, in collaboration with the sector managers and the management.
Guarantee budget monitoring, analyze variances and establish periodic financial statements.
Manage treasury and ensure the monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Maintain and guarantee the reliability of general and analytical accounting.
Perform intermediate and annual accounting closings and prepare the documents necessary for audits.
Establish financial data and statements intended for the various funding bodies.
Produce financial analyses and steering tools necessary for management decision-making.
Ensure the coordination and monitoring of the logistical aspects of the Foundation

Desired profile :

Commercial training with a specialization in accounting and finance; federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent training, an asset.
Proven experience in a similar accounting and financial function, with autonomous management of finances.
Excellent knowledge of general and analytical accounting as well as budgetary processes.
Good mastery of standard IT tools, notably Excel.
Knowledge of the ProConcept software, an asset.
Experience in the parapublic, associative or subsidized sector would be appreciated.
Excellent analytical skills, rigor, precision and organizational skills.
Great autonomy, sense of responsibility, team spirit and ease in collaborating with different interlocutors.
