We are looking for several experienced toolmakers for one of our clients in the watchmaking sector, based in Genève:

Mechanic Adjuster in digital grinding, specialized in the manufacture of specific tooling, in 2x8 and 3x8 shifts.

Job Description
--------------------

You will be responsible for:

• Changeovers of series, setting up fixtures, clamps and tooling, fine-tuning dimensions, starting up Studer S41 and S141 grinders
• Machining and control of manufactured parts (single parts, and very small series),
• Precise controls with traditional workshop control tools, 3D control and optical control depending on the parts.
• Small manual finishing of tooling, and assembly thereof.
• First-level maintenance.
• Position in 2x8 and 3x8 shifts

Profile sought
-----------------

• Holder of a CFC in polymechanics or CFC in micromechanics, BAC professionnel or BTS in mechanical production
• Having had a successful first experience of several years in the mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the field of Watchmaking.
• Knowledge in the manufacture of punches and stamping dies is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge in reading blueprints.
• Good knowledge in the use of control tools including digital control tools.
• Having a good mechanical technical sense to find quick and efficient solutions.
• Being comfortable with IT tools for production monitoring.
• Good vision to respect visual controls of manufactured parts.
• Team spirit and cohesion.
