• EFZ in the field of commerce, IT, or equivalent training
• Initial successful professional experience (2 years), ideally in customer service or in a B2B environment
• Experience in the software and/or real estate industry is an advantage
• Confident handling of IT tools and willingness to learn new technologies
• Skilled on the phone, pedagogically gifted, solution-oriented and capable of processing complex inquiries
• Native Swiss German, further language skills are an advantage

Your mission? Your work combines consulting, customer retention and sales dynamics and has a direct influence on revenue and growth :

• You accompany our new customers and support our existing customers so that they do not just use our solution
• You conduct training sessions for customers, either via video or personally on-site, and help them to use our solution optimally
• You analyze and solve functional problems for customers so that they can use the software efficiently and profitably
• You ensure that our customers get the best out of our solution and recognize upselling potentials (new functions, user packages, modules)
• You are actively involved in the creation and maintenance of the documentation and the best practices for using our software to help customers use the software independently (DOCS, FAQ, ...)
• You collect customer feedback and thus provide valuable information to the internal team to contribute to the further development of our software (improvements, bugs, prioritization).
