Production Sector Manager (m/f/d)

Sushi Mania, Swiss leader in fresh sushi and ready-to-eat Asian products, is looking for a field leader passionate about food production and guaranteeing quality and safety, while continuously improving operational performance.

What you bring ###

Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in management of production teams ####

Agri-food industry: fresh products, prepared meals, industrial bakery, food processing, dairy products, meat, etc.

Completed vocational apprenticeship (CFC) ####

Vocational training (CFC) in the food, technical or equivalent field, ideally completed by higher education (Federal Diploma, ES Technician)

French (Very good mastery) ####

German (Basic notions) ####

Mandatory

Proven experience in the management of production teams, ideally in the food industry or an industrial environment.

Mandatory

Ability to work in refrigerated environments, knowing how to steer production using performance indicators and to lead continuous improvement processes.

Mandatory

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all hierarchical levels, autonomy, rigor, capable of managing priorities and making decisions in a dynamic environment.

Desired

Good knowledge of hygiene, quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards.
