Technical Project Manager (M/F)

As part of the reinforcement of our teams, we are looking for an IT Project Manager capable of steering application projects while maintaining strong proximity to the implementation teams.

You will evolve in an Agile environment, within development teams working mainly on Java and Angular technologies, and will contribute to the implementation of critical business solutions used daily by several hundred employees.

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in the success of projects by ensuring coordination between business teams, technical teams, and various stakeholders.

Project Steering

• Ensure complete management of the project lifecycle.
• Define and monitor objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blocking points.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, cost, and deadline commitments.
• Ensure reporting and communication to stakeholders.

Coordination of teams and activities

• Collaborate closely with business teams and development teams.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, follow-up meetings, and project instances.
• Facilitate collaboration between different internal and external stakeholders.
• Support teams in an Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid context.

Functional analysis and quality

• Participate in the gathering and formalization of requirements.
• Write or contribute to the writing of functional specifications.
• Support the testing and validation phases.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and their compliance with expressed needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes.

Technical collaboration

• Interact daily with development teams.
• Understand the technical challenges related to web applications.
• Contribute to discussions on architecture, integration, and solution evolution.
• Facilitate decision-making between technical constraints and business needs.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience in the implementation or steering of application projects.
• Experience within software development teams as a developer, integrator, tester, or technical project manager.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Technical skills

• Good understanding of application architectures and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with web applications and modern development environments.
• Ability to write functional and technical specifications.
• Participation in testing, acceptance, or validation phases.
• Knowledge of Java, Angular environments, or equivalent technologies is an asset.

Project management

• HERMES Foundation certification mandatory.
• Good mastery of project management practices: planning, estimation, governance, budget monitoring, and risk management.
• Ability to manage several subjects in parallel in complex environments.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset and organizational skills.
• Strong orientation towards results and quality.
• Ease in interactions with technical and business interlocutors.

Languages

• Fluent French.
• Professional English (minimum B2).
• German is an advantage.
