It is currently looking for a Quality Specialist to lead quality-related activities and support teams in a continuous improvement process.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You manage the monitoring and compliance of internal quality requirements as well as current standards and regulations
• You contribute to the monitoring of quality indicators and participate in performance analysis
• You participate in the management of controls, audits, and internal or external evaluations
• You take part in the management of deviations and the monitoring of corrective and preventive actions
• You support continuous improvement processes within teams and processes
• You collaborate with the different functions of the company to ensure the consistency of quality practices
• You participate in the dissemination and compliance of good practices regarding quality and safety

You offer your new employer

• You have higher education in a field related to quality or food sciences
• You have experience in an industrial environment, ideally in a function related to quality
• You understand quality management systems as well as associated regulatory requirements
• You are comfortable with documentation, procedures, and quality monitoring tools
• You know how to collaborate with different interlocutors and work in a team in a cross-functional manner
• You demonstrate rigor, good analytical skills, and a developed sense of responsibility
• You master French, and any other language is an asset depending on the work environment
