We are looking for Socio-educational Assistants or Support and Social Assistants M/F/D to intervene within an institution that is a key public actor in Geneva in the inclusion of people in situations of disability or difficulty of integration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hygiene and comfort care for residents
• Participate in the animation of the establishment
• Inform and accompany residents and their entourage
• Ensure traceability and the transmission of information
• Application of the institution's protocols and procedures

Profile

• CFC as Socio-educational Assistant mandatory or Educator monitor with SEFRI mandatory
• Experience with adults in situations of polyhandicap mandatory
• Competence in accompanying persons with ASD
• Interpersonal ease, listening skills, sense of teamwork
• Flexibility and availability
