The Quality Assistant's main mission is to contribute to the evolution of technical, quality, and organizational performance in Production.

Quality Assistant

The role of the Quality Assistant is to :

• Monitor Quality: indicators, contingencies
• Participate in improvement actions
• Participate in the deployment of Quality Assurance within the company

General mission :

• Provide technical support to production teams
• Be a driver in the evolution of the performance of the Production Workshops
• Lead the Workshop steering meetings (TOP5)
• Participate in the evolution of processes
• Manage and monitor performance indicators
• Handle external and internal non-conformities (8D)
• Ensure field monitoring of the correct application of standards and best practices (Audits)
• Participate in continuous improvement actions (Lean, 5S)

Prerequisites :

• Holder of a higher technical training
• Significant experience in a similar position
• Mastery of Quality tools and methods
• Mastery of office tools (MS Office Pack) and an ERP
• Excellent analysis, synthesis, and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
