You are the conductor of our agency, the privileged point of contact between our clients' expectations and the technical resources available. As a coordinator, you transform needs into concrete solutions - with efficiency, reactivity, and precision.

What you will do brilliantly

• Respond to client calls with professionalism and a smile (even on the phone, it can be heard)
• Propose personalized solutions and establish rental offers and contracts
• Organize machine schedules and organize their transport
• Guarantee fluid and reactive daily management of the agency
• Collaborate actively with local, regional, and headquarters teams
• Be the ally of the agency manager, ready to replace them if necessary

The profile that will make the difference:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in service, ideally in rental
• Impeccable French, both spoken and written, to write clear reports
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and possessing good interpersonal skills
• Stress-resistant and ready to take on challenges even with a smile
• Mastery of IT tools and good organizational skills

Your training:

• CFC training as a logistician, commercial employee or equivalent
• Forklift license and / or trailer license: it is a plus that will make the difference!

• As soon as possible or to be agreed
