In order to support the development of our rental activity, we are looking for a: Rental fleet coordinator and manager Your mission As a true conductor of our rental fleet, you ensure the coordination of operational, administrative and commercial activities in order to guarantee a quality service to our customers. On a daily basis, you: * manage the entire rental process, from the customer request to invoicing * advise customers and seek solutions adapted to their needs * plan vehicle availability and optimize their utilization rate * coordinate the maintenance, inspections and technical monitoring of the fleet * ensure the administrative follow-up of claims and insurance files * analyze costs, performance indicators and the profitability of the activity * collaborate closely with workshops, sales teams and external partners Your profile Indispensable: * Administrative, commercial or technical training * Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities * Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation * Autonomous, rigorous and proactive personality * French or German native speaker with good knowledge of the other language * Category B driving license Your additional assets: * Experience in vehicle rental, fleet management or the transport sector * Technical knowledge in the utility vehicle sector * Category C driving license * Interest in cost analysis and performance indicators * Knowledge of processes related to insurance and claims management What we offer you: * A varied function with real responsibilities * A central role in a constantly evolving activity * Great autonomy in the organization of your work * Daily exchanges with many internal and external interlocutors * A dynamic working environment within a solid family business * Possibilities for training and professional development Want to join the adventure?
