Tasks

• Establishment of the newly created leadership position "Head of Logistics"
• Creation of a logistics concept
• Resource planning as well as functional and personnel leadership of the logistics area (functions Dispatcher, Logistician, Forwarder)
• Ensuring occupational safety and quality
• Route optimization

Qualifications
---------------

To be successful in this role, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

• have a successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in logistics
• have completed leadership training
• can demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in a comparable function
• are a motivated, flexible person and can assert yourself well
• have good German and French skills and can ideally also communicate in Italian
• possess good computer skills as well as good knowledge of Office programs (Word, Excel) and possess a driver's license
• enjoy working in an international environment
• remain calm and solution-oriented in hectic situations
