Professional Security Agent – Operator

• Receive, analyze, and process technical and security alarms
• Manage incoming calls and trigger necessary interventions
• Utilize video surveillance systems and various communication tools
• Record events and ensure the traceability of interventions in the logbook
• Assist in decision-making during incidents.

Professional Security Agent – Intervener

• Perform opening and closing rounds, security checks, and preventive monitoring of sites
• Intervene on alarm, evaluate situations, and manage first-level incidents
• Carry out prevention patrols, detect anomalies, and ensure the security of people and infrastructure
• Assist and guide users, while contributing to the prevention and de-escalation of conflicts
• Control parking authorizations and establish necessary reports
• Collaborate with internal services and intervention teams to ensure appropriate management of events.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in security or an equivalent field
• Perfect mastery of the French language, both spoken and written
• Minimum English level A2
• Sense of service and communication
• Rigor and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to keep your cool
• Available and flexible (ready to work irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays)
• Category B driver's license
• Holder of the federal certificate of professional security and surveillance agent (AESS): an asset
