Master of Science HES-SO Innokick program

HES-SO Master, in collaboration with the fields of Economy and Services, Design and visual arts, Engineering and architecture, Music and Performing Arts, Health, as well as Social Work, is developing the Master of Science HES-SO in Integrated Innovation for Product and Business Development (Innokick) program. The Innokick program allows students to receive interdisciplinary training enabling them to develop innovative products and services with a view to their commercialization. In addition to theoretical teaching allowing for the understanding of innovation-accelerating techniques, the training offers a strong practical anchor with close links to companies. From the beginning of the training, it allows for working on real company cases and collaborating closely with their clients and stakeholders.

Your missions

As part of your function, you support the program manager of the Master of Science HES-SO in Integrated Innovation for Product & business Development - Innokick, in the management of strategic files, in particular the evaluation of the program, as well as national and international collaboration policies. You also participate in the promotion of the program to future students as well as to potential academic, institutional, political and economic partners. Furthermore, you assist the program manager in the operational and logistical management of the program (organization and monitoring of meetings, preparation of agendas, preparation of documentation, taking minutes, etc.). Finally, you collaborate with the program manager on all elements related to the development of the teaching mission, national and international mobility, notably by organizing and participating in the summer academy.

Your profile

• You hold a HES Master's degree or a title deemed equivalent. Continuing education in project management is a plus;
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an academic environment, particularly in a university of applied sciences;
• You have a marked interest in academic training and the field of Innovation.

Your skills

• Proactive, you are a source of proposals and have the capacity to anticipate needs;
• Versatile, you are autonomous and efficient in work organization, task and priority management;
• You demonstrate methodological rigor and creativity;
• You have the capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team and with the network of instructors, companies and students. Attentive, you have good interpersonal skills and are client-oriented;
• Native French speaker, you master English orally and in writing (B2 level).

Activity rate: 90-100 %

Contract duration: Indefinite duration contract

Start date: from 01.12.2026 or by arrangement

Workplace: Renens with possible travel in western Switzerland
