Mission

As part of this function, reporting to our Methods Division, you will be responsible for supporting production processes and actively participating in continuous improvement actions based on standards that you will be able to evolve autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Create and update production files and tooling based on standards.
• Lead or actively participate in continuous improvement processes (5S, SMED, QRQC, ergonomics).
• Implement the necessary actions to analyze and meet the needs of the workshops.
• Search for and analyze deviations from standards, process malfunctions, and causes of waste in the workshops and/or production lines.
• Identify critical line operations and bring them up to the Patek Philippe production system standard.
• Lead projects for the acquisition of production means and participate in the improvement of existing processes.
• Define and update the manufacturing reference.
• Implement the necessary actions for the industrialization of series products (re-industrializations).

Profile sought

• ES Technician or Bachelor in mechanics/microtechnology or equivalent training.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the watchmaking or micromechanics field.
• Mastery of Quality tools (8D, Capability).
• Knowledge of specific tools (CAD - Solidworks an asset, ERP SAP, PLM Audros) and office tools (MS Office).
• Mastery of functional ISO dimensioning.
• Knowledge of mechanical technology and Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, field-oriented person.
• Analytical and synthetic spirit, rigor, ability to propose solutions.
