Performance Engineer

You will develop technical expertise in the field of machine performance (servo control, dynamics, energy, thermal) within a technical team.

Tasks

• Develop technical expertise in machine performance (servo control, dynamics, energy, thermal)
• Support production and after-sales service on machine performance issues
• Optimize and monitor machine performance, define tests and acceptance thresholds
• Develop and maintain digital solutions for performance optimization and monitoring
• Transform customer needs into suitable solutions
• Ensure technological monitoring of Industry 4.0, AI, and Machine Learning

Profile

• EPF engineering degree in microtechnology, mechanics, or equivalent
• Experience in signal processing and analysis (FFT, etc.)
• Mastery of control loop optimization and trajectory tracking
• Knowledge of Python and tools related to artificial intelligence and Machine Learning
• Knowledge of .NET and C# is an asset
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
• Knowledge of industrial CNC environments is an asset

Offer

• Activity rate 80-100%
• 3 to 6 months interim, then permanent engagement
