Heading a team of three employees, you will ensure the management and reliability of our billing and accounting activities, while actively contributing to the financial management of Région 2. You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Finances & Controlling as well as with the various units of the Regional Management. RESPONSIBILITIES ---------------- * Lead, support and develop a team of three employees * Manage the entire billing process and guarantee its quality, deadlines and reliability * Ensure the follow-up of general accounting and contribute to the quality of periodic closings * Supervise controlling activities and ensure the reliability of financial data and indicators * Analyze variances, identify trends and provide decision-making support Participate actively in budgeting processes, forecasting and financial closings * Develop and evolve reporting and management tools, notably using Excel, Power Query and Power BI * Ensure the application and compliance of the internal control system (ICS) within the unit Identify opportunities for improvement, simplification and automation of processes * Participate in cross-functional projects of the Regional Management and provide your financial expertise to the various units PROFILE ------ * Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting, obtained or in the process of acquisition, or training deemed equivalent * Proven experience in the fields of accounting, billing and/or controlling * First successful experience in team leadership or real motivation to move towards a managerial function * Very good mastery of Excel; knowledge of Power Query and Power BI appreciated * Ease with data, reporting tools and indicator analysis * Ability to structure, prioritize and work independently * Analytical, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset * Rigor, reliability and sense of responsibility * Ability to evolve in a dynamic environment and to manage periods of high activity * Excellent mastery of French; knowledge of German is an asset WHAT WE OFFER ------------------- * A position (permanent contract -- 100%) with responsibilities and real autonomy in your field * A function combining management, financial expertise and continuous improvement * The possibility to contribute directly to the management and evolution of the Regional Management * A varied activity within a human-sized team * Place of work: Lausanne, easily accessible by public transport and by car * Start date: as soon as possible or by arrangement Securitas Société Suisse de Surveillance * Securitas Société Suisse de Surveillance Ch. de Bérée 52 1010 Lausanne * [ ](< >) jpidd461eafjm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
