L'EVAM (Établissement vaudois de l'accueil des migrants) is a major player in the Vaud public service. With more than 1'000 committed female and male employees and an annual budget of 360 million francs, we ensure the reception, support, and integration of migrant persons in the canton of Vaud.

In the context of a departure, we are recruiting a:

Social Worker (80%) - CDI

Location: Lucens (60%) + Reinforcement in shelters in the surroundings (20%)
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary class: 7 (this scale is based on validated prerequisites, failing which the classification is made at class -1)

Your key missions ####

• You are in charge of administrative follow-up and social interviews.
• You implement personalized action plans.
• You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration.
• You coordinate with internal and external partners.
• You ensure compliance with the rules of the shelter.

Your profile ###

• You have a HES bachelor's in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances.
• You have excellent French (oral and written); mastery of English or other languages is an asset
• You have a strong interest in the field of migration.

2. A situational exercise
3. A half-day immersion to concretely discover your future work environment

At the end of the process: request for an extract from the criminal record, special extract, and certificate from the debt collection office (clean documents required).
