Certified Public Accountant / Head of Audit & Assurance – Geneva
As part of a recruitment mandate entrusted to RH-Pro SA, a placement agency in Geneva, we are looking for, for one of our clients, a company active in the field of fiduciary and audit, a Certified Public Accountant / Head of Audit & Assurance with solid experience in the field.
You will join a human-sized structure and will intervene autonomously with a diverse clientele, while participating in the development and quality of mandates.
Your main responsibilities
Management and execution of audit and assurance mandates, from planning to finalization; Execution of ordinary and limited audits; Analysis of financial statements and identification of main risks; Evaluation of processes and internal control systems; Application of Swiss and international accounting standards, notably IFRS; Preparation and review of audit files; Presentation and discussion of results with clients; Supervision and support of more junior employees; Participation in the improvement of internal processes and the development of mandates.
Your profile
Swiss Certified Public Accountant or equivalent recognized qualification; Higher education in finance, accounting, audit or management; Confirmed experience of several years in external audit, ideally acquired within a fiduciary, an audit firm or a Big Four; Excellent knowledge in accounting, audit, internal control and financial analysis; Good knowledge of IFRS standards; Very good command of French and good level of English; Autonomy, rigor and sense of responsibility; Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish a relationship of trust with clients; Analytical mind, organizational capacity and ability to manage several mandates simultaneously.
