A pioneer and leader in its sector, IFJ offers the most used services in Switzerland regarding business creation and development. With our services, our tools, our courses, our events and comprehensive advice, we accompany, in close collaboration with recognized partners, people throughout Switzerland before, during and after the creation of their business. Our Education Programs team is young, warm and loves it when things move forward. We organize encouragement programs and coaching, courses, webinars and events. We thus accompany several thousand people every year on their entrepreneurial journey. If you want to be part of our team, we have something for you: At the heart of your activity: * You accompany business creators in individual coaching, from the idea to creation: business plan and financial plan, legal form, market presence and customer acquisition * You intervene in our various coaching programs, in French, in German and in English * You ensure the case management of the projects of the <<soutien à l'activité indépendante>> program of the canton of Valais, document the progress and write the final report for the attention of the cantonal service * You take charge of project evaluations if necessary and replace your fellow coaches * You are the reference person for our French-speaking mandates You are an open and communicative person, and you bring: * French as a native language, very good German and very good English orally and in writing * Passion for themes related to business creation and the pleasure of accompanying people at a turning point in their lives * Completed studies (HES/university) or an equivalent training in one of our key areas * Several years of experience in consulting, support or business creation * A certain ease when dealing with authorities and partners * A hands-on spirit, good organizational skills and pleasure in working with digital tools * Reliability, team spirit and sense of responsibility are a matter of course for us What we offer you: * A transfer of know-how through internal training and learning on the field * A place within a young, committed and high-performing team, with open communication * A workplace at the startup space Etoy, with possibility of teleworking * Access to the Swiss startup scene * Festive, sporty and convivial team events Want to join us and celebrate our successes with us?
