Sales Assistant 50-100% - Temporary Mission

On behalf of one of our clients active in the food sector, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant for a temporary mission in the canton of Neuchâtel.

You contribute to offering a quality shopping experience by ensuring the presentation of products, customer advice, and the smooth running of the point of sale.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome, inform, and advise customers with professionalism
• Ensure the shelf stocking of food products and the replenishment of goods
• Control the freshness, quality, and expiration dates of products
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Perform checkout operations
• Participate in the reception and control of deliveries
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-organized sales area
• Contribute to the achievement of the store's sales objectives

Your profile

• CFC in Retail Management, or equivalent training
• First successful experience in food sales, mass retail, or local commerce
• Excellent customer orientation and sense of service
• Marked interest in food products and retail
• Dynamic, versatile, and rigorous person
• Good physical condition and ease of working in a team
• Available to work according to flexible schedules, including certain Saturdays
• Mastery of French
