You hold a HES nursing degree or an equivalent degree (Swiss Red Cross recognition)
You demonstrate flexibility and positivity
You work both in a team and autonomously
You appreciate human contact and are resident-oriented
You are proficient in standard IT tools

Your mission
You collaborate closely with the nurse in charge of the care unit
You support and accompany residents in daily tasks
You establish a welcoming framework conducive to the well-being of residents
You provide medico-delegated care within the limits of your scope of competence
You support the supervision of new employees, apprentices, and interns
You participate in the smooth running of the service and in team cohesion
You are open to applying the principles of the Montessori method
