For one of our clients, an office active in the field of architecture, development, and implementation of construction projects, we are looking for a:
Architectural Drafter – 60 to 100 %

Your missions

• Develop and expand plans for the different phases of projects
• Produce preliminary design, design, permit application, and execution plans
• Participate in the technical and constructive development of projects
• Ensure the updating and monitoring of plans
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in the search for technical and constructive solutions
• Ensure the quality and precision of the produced documents

Your profile

• CFC as an architectural drafter or equivalent training
• Professional experience in the field of architecture and construction
• Excellent mastery of the ArchiCAD software
• Good knowledge of the different phases of a construction project
• Ease in the development of execution plans and constructive details
• Autonomous, precise, organized, and conscientious person
• Good team spirit and ease in collaboration
