Quality Control Manager (M/F)

Mission

Within the framework of this position, reporting to the International Customer Service (SCI) Division, you plan, organize, and direct the aesthetic and functional control activities of watches and components.

Within the SCI Quality Control workshop, you are the guarantor of the conformity of watches and components, in compliance with Patek Philippe criteria.

Responsibilities

• Unify, supervise, and develop a team of quality controllers.
• Ensure production at the expected level of functional and aesthetic quality and within the prescribed deadlines.
• Drive the optimization of watch and component control processes in close collaboration with other services of the Division.
• Define and implement relevant monitoring plans.
• Define and maintain up-to-date relevant indicators within your scope.
• Participate in improvement projects within the Division.

Profile sought

• ES technician diploma, microtechnical engineer, or training deemed equivalent.
• Previous experience in the field of watchmaking quality.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies and tools (FMEA, 8D).
• Knowledge of an ERP (SAP ideally) and office tools (MS Office).
• Mastery of English.
• Listening skills, excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy.
• Rigor, precision, analytical and synthesis skills, ability to propose solutions.
