For a service station located in Chalais, in the canton of Valais, we are looking for a trustworthy person to occupy a position as a salesperson in the essence shop at an activity rate between 60% and 80%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the welcome of customers at the essence shop and at the station, responding to requests in a polite and professional manner during every interaction.
• Process payments for fuel purchases and retail products, using the cash register and available electronic payment methods correctly.
• Ensure shelf stocking, replenishment, and product presentation, regularly checking expiration dates and the condition of goods.
• Apply safety instructions specific to service stations, particularly when handling fuel and monitoring outdoor installations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the shop, the checkout area, and the surroundings of the station, performing cleaning tasks in a regular and structured manner.
• Inform customers about prices, promotions, and available services, providing clear and reliable information according to the instructions received.

Profile

• You have completed compulsory school and are looking for a practical position in basic commerce.
• You enjoy direct contact with customers and remain calm in high-traffic situations.
• You work in a careful manner, particularly during payment processing and product management.
• You respect instructions and procedures, especially those related to safety in service stations.
• You are comfortable working in Chalais and can travel to the site without major difficulty.
• You are ready to commit to an activity rate of 60% to 80% on a regular basis.
