What you can contribute

• Support, as a BIM expert, all sectors involved of the subsidiary in the practical application of data-based processes.
• Contribute to shaping digital transformation by developing, implementing, and supervising digital processes, as well as actively participating in expert and working groups.
• Identify, structure, and integrate BIM use cases to ensure their sustainability and to enhance the value of data throughout the lifecycle of structures.
• Develop the data sustainability strategy within the asset management domain.
• Monitor and support the various project stakeholders with a view to data-based implementation.

What makes you unique

• Higher education degree (EPF/HES) in the fields of civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. Additional qualifications in the digitalization of the construction sector are an asset.
• Proven technical and IT knowledge in the field of digitalization, software configuration, openBIM quality control, and data management
• Ability to work in a team and to communicate
• Conceptual skills, analytical and synthetic thinking, ability to develop, organize, and coordinate new topics autonomously
• Good active knowledge of a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language

In a few words

You will participate in the development, application, and optimization of BIM-based processes within the Estavayer-le-Lac subsidiary, while accompanying or leading projects related to asset management. You will make an important contribution to strengthening efficiency with a view to a future-oriented national road infrastructure and participate in training your colleagues in digital skills.
