As part of a permanent position, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, for an

Industrial Operations Technician (M/F)

Your Missions

• Ensure the proper functioning and availability of equipment, production means and tools.
• Provide your technical expertise to the production teams and participate in their support and skill development.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement actions regarding products and processes.
• Take part in the production setup and qualification of new products as well as the integration of new equipment.
• Analyze problems encountered in the field and actively participate in the resolution of quality deviations.
• Lead working groups and coordinate actions allowing for the improvement of the efficiency and performance of the workshop.
• Collaborate closely with the various departments and ensure fluid communication with the relevant interlocutors.

Your Profile

• ES Technician or HES Engineer training, ideally in mechanics or microtechnics.
• Ease with IT tools related to production monitoring and performance management (ERP, production management tools).
• Strong interest in field activities and continuous improvement projects.
• Initiative, rigor and sense of organization.
• Good analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills.
• Ease in animation, listening and communication.
• Team spirit, ability to adapt and ease of collaborating with different interlocutors.

This position offers a transversal and operational function, in direct contact with the teams and production realities. You will have the opportunity to contribute concretely to the improvement of processes, the resolution of technical problems and the evolution of production means.
