The Étude des notaires Patrick de Preux, Laurent Besso, Alexis de Selliers & Matthieu Sinner, composed of four partner notaries, is established in Lausanne. It is active notably in the fields of real estate law, company law, and inheritance and family law.

In order to strengthen its inheritance department, under the responsibility of Me Matthieu Sinner, notary with an FSA specialization in inheritance law, the Étude is looking for a collaborator in inheritance law.

Your responsibilities

• Drafting of wills, inheritance pacts, marriage contracts, and mandates for incapacity;
• Management of estates alongside the notary, from inventory to the establishment of distributions ;
• Follow-up of testamentary execution mandates ;
• Correspondence and relations with clients, heirs, banks, fiduciaries, and authorities ;
• Autonomous management of files, organization of appointments, and preparation of signatures.

Your profile

• Proven experience in the field of inheritance, acquired in a notary or law firm, in a bank, or with a fiduciary ;
• Legal training (Master of law) or CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training ;
• Bar exam or CAS in inheritance law is an asset ;
• Excellent writing skills in French ;
• German or English is an asset ;
• Rigor, organization, ability to follow several files in parallel ;
• Sense of contact and confidentiality.
