• You advise and support our managers on HR questions in everyday life, in cooperation with employees, and in individual situations
• As an HR contact person, you are close to our teams at both locations and address their specific needs
• You accompany the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through professional development and performance management to departure
• You coordinate the deployment of temporary employees in production in cooperation with personnel service providers and the operational managers
• You support performance and talent development processes as well as organizational changes
• You contribute to HR projects, drive continuous improvement, and support the harmonization of HR processes between our locations
• You work closely with the HR team and local contact persons to ensure uniform and efficient HR practices

This is what you bring with you:

• Experience in the HR generalist field or as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an industrial environment
• Training or further education in human resources or an equivalent qualification
• A pragmatic, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in collaborating with different contact persons, strong team spirit, and strong interpersonal skills
• An open and positive attitude as well as the willingness to share knowledge, support each other, and find solutions together
• Very good German and French skills; English is a plus
• A confident handling of IT tools and HR systems
