Our client is a Swiss company operating in the industrial sector, specialized in production and manufacturing activities. Committed to guaranteeing the quality of its products, compliance with deadlines and the optimization of its processes, it relies on a rigorous organization and close collaboration between its various departments. As part of the reinforcement of its Production department, our client is looking for a Planning and Scheduling Agent at 80-100%, in order to ensure the coordination and optimization of manufacturing flows.

Job Description

Reporting to the Development and Production Manager, the planning agent's mission is to develop, update and manage production plans according to customer orders, forecasts, priorities and available capacities.

He schedules and launches manufacturing orders taking into account constraints related to load and resources. He monitors production progress, adjusts planning according to contingencies, emergencies or observed discrepancies, and ensures compliance with manufacturing deadlines. He coordinates priorities with production, procurement, logistics, quality services and sales teams, notably in order to confirm deadlines with customers. He identifies, reports and contributes to the processing of risks likely to impact production deadlines, while ensuring regular communication with all stakeholders in the manufacturing flow. Finally, he participates in the reliability of planning data and the continuous improvement of associated processes.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Planning and scheduling: develop, adjust and monitor production plans as well as manufacturing orders according to priorities and constraints.
• Mastery of ERP and analysis tools: exploit, ensure reliability and analyze order, stock, capacity, deadline and planning parameter data.
• Knowledge of production processes: understand industrial flows, machine capacities, human resources, tooling, manufacturing times and components.
• Management of supplies, stocks and capacities: anticipate needs and shortage risks, identify overloads or bottlenecks, and adjust schedules.
• Cross-functional monitoring and coordination: monitor production progress, manage contingencies and collaborate with production, logistics, quality, maintenance and sales teams in order to confirm and secure delivery deadlines.
• Continuous improvement: contribute to the optimization of planning parameters, data quality and planning and scheduling processes.

PERSONAL SKILLS:

• Organization, rigor and sense of priorities: simultaneously manage manufacturing orders, constraints and emergencies while guaranteeing the reliability of schedules and ERP data.
• Reactivity and adaptability: quickly adjust priorities and actions in the face of production contingencies, supplier delays or urgent requests.
• Communication and team spirit: clearly transmit priorities and risks, coordinate the services concerned and contribute to the search for suitable solutions.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent mastery of French, working language

BASIC TRAINING:

• Technical, industrial or logistics CFC, or training deemed equivalent, with experience in planning/scheduling in an industrial environment
