We wish to recruit a Legal Assistant FR-ANG 100% for a renowned law firm in the Geneva area.

Mission :
-------------

• Assist 3 partners, diary management, coordination of meetings and travel
• Management of correspondence, writing emails, letters, summary notes, taking/writing minutes and reports, preparation of presentations, maintaining files/Excel tables
• Invoicing, internal coordination and routine administration

Profile
----------

• higher education in arts or law or similar
• bilingual FR-ANG, excellent written mastery in both languages indispensable
• 5 years of successful experience in the legal field in Switzerland
• perfect mastery of MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of the software ELLE an asset
• organized, serious, stable, precise and sense of confidentiality
