Warehouse Supervisor 100% (m/f/d)

We are looking for a committed, structured, and solution-oriented person to strengthen our logistics team as a Warehouse Supervisor. Reporting directly to our Head of Logistics, this key position will allow you to contribute actively to the organization and the smooth running of our operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Personnel management: supervision of teams, schedule planning, monitoring absences, evaluation, recruitment, and integration of new employees.
• Administrative monitoring and management tools: control of working hours and badge system, management of schedules, hour corrections, processing of emails, calls, and daily problems.
• Logistics and operations: organization of inventories, management of operating equipment, coordination of work in buildings, management of work clothing.
• Quality, hygiene, and compliance: quality control (FiFo, cleanliness), compliance with HACCP standards, processing of non-conformities, participation in complaints and returns, link with the quality department.
• Support for cross-functional processes: monitoring of customs controls, management of invoices via ENAIO, supervision of the implementation of the warehouse management system, management of the staff purchase list.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in logistics, ideally with management experience
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
• Mastery of IT tools and time management systems
• Good communication skills and motivation to collaborate in a team
• Knowledge of quality management, HACCP processes, and ERP systems, an asset
• Very good knowledge of German
• Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate reliability and flexibility
