With 50 years of experience, a young and dynamic management, the family business NEUWERTH Logistics SA represents brands and products at the cutting edge of technology.

A major player on the French-speaking Swiss market for material handling and lifting equipment (mainly forklifts and warehouse equipment), but also for scissor lifts and aerial work platforms, scrubber dryers and sweepers.

NEUWERTH training centers offer courses notably for obtaining the forklift license, aerial work platform operator, IPAF, OACP heavy goods vehicle drivers, working at height PPE, etc.

We are looking for an experienced, autonomous and committed person to join our team as

Coordinator of our training center at 100% ##

Your mission :

• Ensure the management, organization, planning of instructors and training of the center;
• Guarantee the quality of training, respect for safety requirements and their administrative follow-up;
• Ensure the follow-up of accreditations and certifications, anticipate deadlines and ensure their renewal;
• Carry out visits to our clients in order to identify needs and propose adapted training solutions;
• Ensure the follow-up and loyalty of clients and contribute to the development of the center's activity;
• Provide training according to needs.

Your profile :

You benefit from:

• Excellent skills in organization, planning and customer relations;
• Qualifications to provide training, notably in the fields of forklift and aerial work platform;
• Confirmed experience in training;
• Good knowledge of the fields of logistics, material handling and lifting equipment;
• Ideally, experience in the follow-up of accreditations or certifications;

Autonomous, rigorous and organized, you enjoy contact with clients and field work. You know how to transmit your knowledge with pedagogy and are comfortable in the coordination of several activities.
