For its Transport & Infrastructure branch, we are looking for a Road and Rail Infrastructure Group Leader.

Job Description
Project Management
Ensure the complete direction of large-scale rail and/or road projects, from the bidding phase to closure.
Drive often multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
Ensure task planning and resource management while guaranteeing compliance with the client's objectives, quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.
Be the main interlocutor for clients and strategic partners.
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary groups of contractors, particularly on strategic and financial aspects.
Drive the financial management of projects: preparation and monitoring of budgets, cost control, and profitability.
Guarantee the quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to deadlines of deliverables.
Management and Business Development
Supervise and technically support the teams in charge of infrastructure projects, with the support of experienced engineers.
Ensure the interface with the various WSP units in order to coordinate interfaces between infrastructure and road development projects.
Manage the team in charge of infrastructure projects: planning, organization, support, and development of employees.
Actively contribute to the commercial development of the activity through strategy definition, client relations, and the preparation of service offers.
Participate in the development strategy of rail and road activities within the company.
The position is composed of approximately 75 to 80% project management activities and 20 to 25% dedicated to team management and business development.
Profile Sought
HES or EPF Engineering degree in civil engineering (or equivalent training).
Confirmed experience of a minimum of 15 years in managing complex rail and/or road projects.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Switzerland.
Solid mastery of project financial management.
Recognized leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent knowledge of the standards and procedures in force in Switzerland, particularly in the railway field.
Strategic sense, rigor, interpersonal skills, and results orientation.
