Your missions

• Within the Administrative Directorate, you ensure the strategic and operational management (financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable) of the financial service
• Development of a strategy for the service and its implementation
• Human resources management of the service (approximately 15 people)
• Closing of the accounts and preparation of supporting documents
• Specific financial monitoring and expertise, preparation of various statements and development of statistics
• Monitoring of relations with external partners of the service (fiduciaries, banks, State of Fribourg, Confederation)
• Expert and sparring partner for the administrative directorate
• Contribution to the global strategic vision of the University's finances
• Contribution to the development of the financial plan and the annual budget

Desired profile

• You have training in finance and accounting (min. federal diploma) and have completed postgraduate continuing education in the field of financial expertise and controlling
• Proficiency in the analysis of results and management control
• Mastery of SAP S/4 HANA software and office tools (Microsoft 365)
• Several years of experience in project management and team management
• Knowledge of public administration processes or willingness to train in this field
• Excellent mastery of the French or German language with very good knowledge of the other language
