For our Espaces verts pole, we are looking for a Pole Manager ------------------------ Your mission_ You play a key role in the development and influence of the Ateliers sector by taking responsibility for the Espaces verts pole and its two sites. You unite the teams around a common ambition: to ensure quality socio-professional support, adapted to the needs of the CEA, while offering quality services that meet customer expectations. You ensure the consistency of support practices and promote the development of team skills. Thanks to your expertise in green space trades, you maintain and develop relationships with clients and contribute to identifying new perspectives for the pole's activities. As an actor in institutional development, you contribute to the strategic reflections of the sector and carry out cross-functional projects that support its evolution. Your profile_ You have higher education in the social field (ES or HES), completed by training in team management and project management of CAS type; You have a recognized qualification in the field of green spaces, as well as solid professional experience allowing you to supervise activities; You have proven experience or skills in team management and project management; You have a good knowledge of socio-professional support and the challenges related to working with people with disabilities; You are comfortable in relationships with clients and partners and have good communication skills; You have good organizational and analytical skills, as well as ease in administrative and budgetary monitoring and resource management; You master common IT tools and are comfortable with monitoring and management tools.
