Intervention and patrol services coordinator

Your main tasks:

• Coordinate and supervise intervention and patrol activities in the different sectors ;
• Organize schedules and mission coverage, ensuring continuity of service ;
• Guarantee operational monitoring and quality of services, day and night ;
• Support teams on a daily basis and ensure their supervision and operational training ;
• Ensure the follow-up of client requests and complaints and implement the necessary corrective actions ;
• Actively participate in field operations.

Your profile:

• Experience as a security agent ;
• Excellent organizational skills and priority management ;
• Perfect mastery of French (written and oral) ;
• Comfortable with office tools (MS Office) ;
• Keen sense of responsibility, rigor and reliability ;
• Stress resistance and calm in all circumstances ;
• Taste for teamwork and respect for hierarchy ;
• Spirit of learning and continuous improvement ;
• Available 24/7.

Working conditions:

• Permanent employment contract
• 100% activity rate
