You ensure the interface with companies in the canton of Vaud as well as with various providers and partners. To this end, you participate in early detection and, if necessary, direct people to the relevant partner insurance companies. You identify and develop an adapted professional project taking into account the applicable legal framework and the health status of our beneficiaries. You propose all necessary and adapted measures (courses, training, reintegration measures, etc.) in order to bring our beneficiaries to employability. You write complex reports and minutes. Your profile You have a higher education qualification (HES, university or training deemed equivalent) relevant to the function. You have proven experience in vocational rehabilitation. Significant experience in a company, in human resources or in a management function may also be an asset if it is accompanied by a good understanding of reintegration issues. In any case, you possess good knowledge of the job market and vocational training sectors. Equipped with excellent interpersonal and writing skills and an analytical mind, you are creatively and pragmatically solution-oriented. You stand out by your ability to build trust, through your active listening and your sense of organization.
