Well-established in the Geneva market, we are a medium-sized real estate agency that manages buildings in the free and subsidized sectors on behalf of various owners, such as real estate companies, PPE, pension funds, municipalities, cooperatives, etc.

We are looking for a

Property Manager

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the management, processing, technical and administrative follow-up of a portfolio of mixed residential buildings (institutional, cooperatives, subsidized, free, etc.);
• Manage works: planning – coordination – control;
• Establish regular technical reports and annual budgets;
• Control invoices and quotes;
• Prepare owner meetings;
• Manage relations with owners, authorities, tenants and companies;
• Manage and control the execution of the janitors' specifications;
• Establish pre-inventory of premises, as well as move-in and move-out inventories;
• Control leases and their annexes.

Training & Experience

• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training;
• You can justify solid experience (minimum 5 years) within a real estate agency as a property manager, preferably with the management of an institutional portfolio;
• APGCI/USPI training, federal diploma of property manager is a real asset.

Language

• French, perfect mastery of oral and written.

• Interpersonal skills, spirit of mutual aid, positive attitude, commercial and relational sense;
• In-depth technical knowledge of buildings;
• Knowledge of new regulations for the application of the energy law;
• Knowledge of the different Eco 21 optimization tools/means;
• Writing skills and mastery of IT tools, QUORUM program and GARAIO REM is a real asset.
