Milco is currently looking for its site in Vuisternens-en-Ogoz, in the canton of Fribourg:

Your main missions and tasks:
Ensure the manufacture and packaging of dairy products (yogurt, milk and butter)
Prepare, set up and operate automated production installations
Monitor manufacturing processes and respect recipes and production parameters
Perform controls and guarantee compliance with quality, hygiene and food safety standards
Identify anomalies and perform first-level interventions
Ensure the follow-up of manufacturing orders and schedules
Perform cleaning and maintenance of the installations
Collaborate with different sectors, the technical service, the laboratory and logistics
Your profile:
CFC as a food technologist, ideally with an orientation or experience in the dairy field
Experience in the manufacture of food products and the operation of automated production installations
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes as well as hygiene, quality and food safety requirements
Comfort with technical equipment and interest in production processes
Ability to identify anomalies and to intervene autonomously within their field of competence
Team spirit and ease of collaborating with different sectors and services
Rigorous, responsible, versatile and flexible person
Ability to work autonomously while respecting production procedures and standards
