Your missions

• Lead, organize, coordinate and develop the general internal medicine service within the framework of a multidisciplinary service
• Ensure the organization of high-quality care for patients in the internal medicine service
• Set and evaluate objectives for members of the medical team
• Ensure and participate in high-quality training for assistant doctors (certification in general medicine in category A)
• Perform quantitative and qualitative monitoring of activity while ensuring the medico-economic balance of the service
• Develop the outpatient activity of the service
• Engage in process improvement projects and patient care
• Ensure a benevolent framework towards colleagues and demonstrate exemplary behavior

Your profile

• Swiss medical degree or a title deemed equivalent
• FMH specialist title in internal medicine
• Experience as a senior physician of a medicine service or department, desired
• Training in management or an interest in following such training
• In-depth competence in hospital internal medicine including intermediate care
• Other certification (POCUS, CAS, etc), a plus
• Diplomas and titles registered in the medical professions register (MedReg)

• Pedagogical skills in teaching and supervising interns, assistant doctors and clinical chiefs
