Methods Technician (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission

As part of the development of the activities of one of our clients, we are looking for a Methods Technician to strengthen its technical department. You will join a demanding industrial environment, where precision, quality, and continuous improvement are at the heart of the activities. Your missions: - Define, develop and optimize the methods and manufacturing processes of components. - Elaborate and update operating ranges, work instructions and technical documentation. - Participate in the industrialization of new products and accompany their production implementation. - Analyze existing processes and propose improvements in terms of quality, productivity and costs. - Define requirements for tooling, equipment and production means. - Collaborate closely with the production, quality, industrialization and technical office departments. - Provide technical support to production teams and participate in the resolution of problems encountered. - Perform time analyses, feasibility studies and optimizations of manufacturing cycles. - Participate in technical trials, process validation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

• CFC in polymechanic, ideally completed by higher education such as HES Engineer or ES Technician in microtechnology, mechanics or an equivalent field. - Experience in a similar function, ideally acquired in the industrial sector. - Solid knowledge of machining processes, manufacturing techniques and industrial constraints. - Good mastery of reading technical drawings and geometric and dimensional tolerances. - Proficiency with IT tools, CAD/CAM software and ERP. - Knowledge of continuous improvement methods and production process optimization. - Analytical mind, rigor and ability to propose concrete solutions. - Autonomous, organized personality and appreciation for teamwork.
