The Direction de la transformation numérique et de l'Intelligence Augmentée (DTN-IA) leads the digital transformation of the institution, in a context of strengthened data-driven management of hospital processes. It creates, integrates, and manages all IT applications of one of the most efficient hospital information systems in order to support the clinical and logistical activities of the Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève. With a fleet of more than 13'500 workstations, 1'300 servers for more than 250 applications serving all staff, available 24h/24h and 7j/7j, the DTN-IA manages an HR information system for the 13'000 employees of the HUG and the 7 other Genevan institutions. In this context, the DTN-IA creates a cutting-edge integrated patient file and contributes to the influence of the HUG thanks to a recognized functional richness and close collaborations with all health professionals and their transversal directorates. Furthermore, the DTN-IA integrates cutting-edge and everyday biomedical equipment as well as specialized applications for all medico-technical platforms. Operational Security Domain Manager - 100% Within the DTN-IA, this position is attached to the Service opérations. As Domain Manager, you lead the operational security of information systems with a team composed of seven specialists while maintaining strong technical involvement. Thus, you support your team in resolving complex incidents, participate in on-call duties, and intervene during security events. In your management role, you develop the skills and organization of your team to strengthen the operational security capacities and the Security Operations Center (SOC). You organize monitoring and conduct awareness actions within the DTN-IA and the professions. In terms of governance and strategy, you contribute to the definition, implementation, and compliance with information systems security policies (PSSI) as well as the deployment of the cybersecurity strategy. You ensure compliance with operational governance, participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB), and manage the priorities, performance indicators, and objectives of your domain. With your team, you define and implement security projects aimed at strengthening the institution's cybersecurity posture. You participate in "Security by Design" reviews of new projects, validate the connection of technical and biomedical equipment according to the validation process, and contribute to the Incident Recovery Plan / Incident Continuity Plan program. You manage vulnerability management, ensure the follow-up of remediation actions, conduct security investigations, and organize regular and appropriate audits as well as pentests. You also guarantee the maintenance of operational conditions for cybersecurity platforms and services, including firewalls, proxies, authentication and authorization mechanisms, privileged access management solutions, PKI, Vault, IAM, EDR, as well as hardening and protection devices for information systems. At the head of the SOC, you supervise detection and incident response activities relying on the SIEM. You organize the analysis and qualification of alerts, coordinate technical investigations and incident response, participate in crisis management, and develop detection, investigation, and response capabilities against cyber threats. Finally, you contribute to the design and evolution of secure architectures in collaboration with the DTN-IA teams and the Responsable de la sécurité des systèmes d'information. Qualifications You hold a Master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or an equivalent title completed by one or more recognized certifications in cybersecurity. You have more than 10 years of experience in operational information systems security and more than 5 years in the management of technical teams. Experience acquired in a critical environment is an asset. You are able to evolve in a complex and transversal environment, and you demonstrate leadership, communication skills, and an ability to unite people. Your profile combines technical expertise, leadership, and interpersonal skills, making you a key player in meeting the strategic and operational challenges of the position.
