We wish to recruit a Technical Project Manager – Building – permanent position – 80 – 100%

Mission :

A true technical referent for the company, you ensure the design, study, modeling and monitoring of projects in the construction sector. You accompany projects from the initial analysis to the final reception on site, guaranteeing their technical compliance, safety and feasibility.

Studies and design
---------------------

• Analysis of client needs and technical constraints.
• Performance of technical surveys on site.
• Design of scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Development of execution plans and technical details.
• 3D modeling of projects.

Technical office
----------------

• Establishment of material lists and quantities.
• Optimization of technical solutions.
• Performance and verification of static calculations.
• Control of the stability and compliance of structures.
• Preparation and validation of technical files.
• Signature and technical responsibility for projects according to qualifications and authorizations.

Project management and site monitoring
--------------------------------------

• Planning and coordination of projects.
• Collaboration with assembly teams.
• Coordination with architects, works management and clients.
• Control of the progress of works.
• Verification of the compliance of the installations carried out.
• Final reception and validation of projects.

Profile :
------------

• Training as a civil engineer, structural engineer, ES technician, draftsman-designer or equivalent training.
• Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp or equivalent 3D modeling software.
• Solid knowledge in static calculations and strength of materials.
• Experience in the design and monitoring of technical projects.
• Ability to manage a project autonomously, from study to reception.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license indispensable.
