In order to strengthen our commercial refrigeration team in the French-speaking cantons, we are looking for a 100% team leader for the cantons of Vaud and Valais. This position is placed under the authority of the sector manager and is based in Prilly.

Your tasks

• Supervise, animate and develop the skills of the team technicians;
• Guarantee the smooth running of the preventive maintenance schedule and work on quote;
• Organization of troubleshooting interventions;
• Management of orders for consumables and intervention of subcontractors related to the contract
• Proposal of opportunities for diversification and increasing contractual services;
• Control the compliance of execution of the work of his/her team and subcontractors;
• Enforce the company's safety standards.

What characterizes you

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a team leader;
• Excellent knowledge in HVAC and commercial refrigeration;
• Mastery of different refrigerants, CO2, NH3...;
• Good customer relations and team management capacity;
• Ease with IT and writing tools;
• Proactive, good capacity for adaptation and good communicator.
