This field of activity excites you

You place the customer at the heart of your priorities. You are the interlocutor for Groupe E customers. In a rapidly developing field, you respond with competence and confidence to requests by telephone, from Monday to Friday between 07h30 and 17h30, or you perform back-office activities efficiently. Using modern communication tools, you autonomously handle complex, customer-oriented processes. You take customer requests very seriously, you quickly identify their needs and you satisfy your customers with your sharp advice and your professional communication.

Your expertise excites us

• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for customer contact as well as very good written expression
• Precise and autonomous work
• Great capacity for self-management
• Native German language, with good knowledge of French orally and in writing
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
