About the role

Our client, a recognized and major organization in Switzerland, is looking for a Business Analyst to support a peak in activity within the IT team. You will join a small, dynamic team that will train you on internal processes and specificities in order to support the business teams in the definition and qualification of their needs. You will therefore be responsible for collaborating with business referents and supporting them in the analysis of IT needs, the development of a business case, and follow-up with the IT team.

Tasks
-------

• Analyze and qualify business needs with referents
• Support the writing and formalization of projects via technical documentation
• Develop business cases and perform economic modeling with business referents
• Ensure coordination and operational follow-up between the IT team and the business teams

What we are looking for

• You have higher education in the IT field
• You have initial experience as a Business Analyst or in IT project management
• You have a good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• You are comfortable with the analysis and qualification of needs
